The Baking Atelier brings professional baking supplies and luxury baking boxes to home bakers and professional pastry chefs, cafes, hotels, restaurants, caterers, and food manufacturers across North America. We specialize rather than sell everything, curating a small selection of baking tools, molds, mats, and elegant baking boxes that are otherwise difficult to find in the United States.

We are the exclusive U.S. source for Maé Innovation, a French manufacturer with more than 25 years of experience producing professional silicone, fiberglass, metal, and thermoformed baking molds near Tours, France. For chefs who relied on Demarle before the company's closure, our molds and mats are built to that same exacting standard.

We also carry the Chic Bake Box, the elegant baking box behind the viral basque cheesecake trend already established across pastry kitchens in Spain. It looks like a jewelry box and works like one dish: bake, freeze, and serve from the same container, with no second dish and no transfer to break a delicate cake.
